Our First Official Outing Together

Well yesterday Laney turned 3 weeks old! Its hard to believe that it has been 3 weeks already! Its probably because my days and nights all run together now! Anyways, Ryan and I had a birthday party to go to, so his parents came over to babysit. This was the first time we have left her to go out! Here is the official picture of our first outing together since Laney was born!

Our luck, the second we leave Laney does something new-- she found her thumb and started sucking it while "River" (Ryans dad) was holding her! I was sad that we missed that, but thankful that Susan thought to take a picture!

Even though Ryan and I had a good time on our first outing, I was ready to get home and see my precious angel-- somehow I dont

think that the feeling was mutual!

Laney had such a good time with her grandparents! They said that she stayed awake the entire time we were gone, and Ryan stayed awake the entire time we were out-- but this is what happened when we got home...

Paige and Logan came over the other night to bring us dinner! It was soooo good especially the cupcakes that Logan made us! Logan had a great time holding Laney-- except I guess she must have had a dirty diaper because he said she stunk! I think he was right! I cant believe how fast he has grown up!
